Role Overview
Cuscowilla is seeking a strategic, member-first Marketing & Member Experience Manager to steward how information, stories, and insight flow between Club leadership, members, and the broader public.
This role exists to ensure that members feel informed, confident, heard, and connected—especially as the Club continues to invest in its facilities, golf course, and long-term vision. The position serves as the guardian of clarity and consistency, translating operations, strategy, and change into thoughtful, timely, and reassuring member-facing communication.
The role spans both internal member communications and external brand marketing, ensuring that Cuscowilla’s lived member experience and public image are aligned, intentional, and reflective of the Club’s stature.
This is not a transactional role. It is relational, editorial, and systems-driven—focused on elevating the experience of belonging at Cuscowilla while strengthening the Club’s brand and reputation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, hospitality, member experience, or private club environments preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgmentStrong organizational skills and systems thinkingPolished, professional presence with a hospitality-first mindsetWillingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for key Club eventsPay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
