Join our team as a Tennis Court Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in ensuring that our sports facilities remain in top condition for athletes and recreational players alike. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of tennis courts through expert groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation. Duties

Perform regular inspections of tennis courts to identify surface issues, or debris that could impact playability and safety.Maintain court surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and repairing sprinklers as needed using appropriate hand tools and power equipment.

Spread Har Tru to courts when needed.Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and power tools to manage surrounding areas.Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules for adjacent landscaping and court surroundings.Handle heavy lifting tasks related to equipment setup or moving materials around the facility with proper manual handling techniques.Assist with general grounds maintenance tasks such as trash removal.Requirements

Proven experience in athletic field groundskeeping, landscaping, or Tennis groundskeeping preferred.Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions.Familiarity with turf management practices specific to tennis courts or similar sports surfaces.Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license with experience operating grounds maintenance or landscaping equipment preferred.Join us in creating safe, beautiful tennis environments where players can perform at their best!
