Responsibilities

Greet members and guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a professional demeanor in both casual and formal settings Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met before serving Set up banquet and catering events, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations to facilitate smooth operations Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, sanitation, and dietary accommodations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and special requests Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and beverage stations to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly preferred Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Previous serving experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential Experience working with dietary restrictions or special dietary needs enhances your ability to serve diverse members effectively Barista or bar service experience adds value by demonstrating versatility in beverage offerings A background in hospitality or the food industry supports your ability to thrive in a dynamic club setting
