Job Summary:
The Membership Director will be at the forefront of our club's growth, responsible for increasing membership through the recruitment of new members and enhancing existing memberships. You'll play a key role in achieving our membership revenue goals, connecting potential members with the vibrant community at our club.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Proactively drive membership growth through targeted recruitment and referrals, constantly striving to exceed sales targets.Engage with current members to boost membership upgrades and promote options tailored to their needs.Maintain an organized prospect inventory in our CRM system to support the membership sales plan.Generate new member leads and facilitate their integration into the club community.Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing teams to implement effective strategies for lead generation and pricing.Work closely with the General Manager during sales meetings to ensure strategies align with membership goals.Help manage departmental expenses to optimize financial performance and enhance net dues growth.Represent the club at community events to increase visibility and foster relationships.Implement a structured onboarding process for new members with follow-up strategies.Participate in planning club events that engage our member base and promote growth.About You:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.3+ years of sales experience in hospitality or a related sector.Strong selling and negotiation skills, with prior sales training being advantageous.Familiarity with the private club industry or golf.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Excellent organization and time management skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks.High level of customer service orientation, focused on member satisfaction.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture a collaborative environment.What We Offer:
