Position Concept: The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires a versatile approach, with responsibilities spanning from building maintenance to equipment upkeep. Being self-sufficient is a necessity, as is a strong desire to learn and grow, continuously expanding one's knowledge and skill-set to better serve GreatLIFE Members and guests. Knowledge, Skills and Traits:
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fitness equipment to ensure they are in safe, reliable working order.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Repair and maintenance of facilities
• Able to stand for periods of time, climb ladders, work at ground level and lift 50 Lbs
• Mechanical aptitude (small engines, electrical systems)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and learn repair techniques
• Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism
• Be able to work within a team
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
