As a Food & Beverage Manager at Glenmoor Country Club, you will hold an essential leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing all food and beverage functions across multiple dining outlets. This full-time exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $78,000 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, vacation and sick pay accruals, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays, and more. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will manage daily staff schedules, maintain labor budgets, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak periods such as evenings, weekends, tournaments, banquets, and member events.
The role requires hands-on involvement in coaching, mentoring, and holding service staff accountable to meet high standards in an upscale hospitality environment. You will lead a diverse team comprising bussers, servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, maintaining training materials, service protocols, and standard operating procedures. Glenmoor is undergoing a major renovation of its clubhouse, creating a unique opportunity for the Food & Beverage Manager to assist with operational transitions and the grand opening of some of the most modern club facilities in the Denver metro area. This includes adapting operations within temporary trailer offices and kitchen spaces, supporting staff development during the transition, and reinforcing Glenmoor’s non-tipping service model.

You will collaborate closely with culinary and club leadership teams to launch new menus, educate staff, and deliver impeccable service execution. Additionally, building and nurturing professional relationships with club members to exceed their expectations and foster a welcoming environment is a vital part of your responsibilities.

Minimum 2 years of experience selecting, supervising, and developing food and beverage staff in an upscale dining environment
Strong scheduling, labor management, and workforce planning experience across multiple outlets and positions
Experience reviewing timecards, attendance, and supporting payroll processes preferred
Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS, scheduling, payroll, or workforce management system preferred
Availability to regularly work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, member events, and other peak business periods in addition to regular weekday schedules
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to changing business needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, staffing changes, and operational demands in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Country club or private club experience preferred
Beverage certifications such as CMS, CSW, WSET, or Cicerone are preferred, but not required
