Summary:
Weekends required. Starter/Ranger shifts with potential cross training of Cart Barn Attendant.
Priority is always the greeting and servicing of our Customers, Members and their Guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to all members and guests always providing a positive member/guest service
Maintains friendly demeanor; ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines.
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Performs other duties assigned by Director of Golf, Ops Manager and General Manager

Adheres to the policies and procedures of Crescent Oaks Golf Club.
Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an indoor facility as well as outdoors. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
The Outside Services Assistant is responsible for providing carts and range balls for Members and guests while keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe. They greet Members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner while projecting a professional image. The Outside Services Assistant communicates in a clear and professional manner information that assists the Members and guests in playing the course.
Responsibilities
Deliver carts from the cart barn(s) to the daily staging area
Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with a towel, full sand bottle, pencil, scorecard, and tees.
Perform periodic cart maintenance and special repair
Assist Members and Guest as they depart from the facility
Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by the Members and Guests.
Qualifications and/or Experience:
One year of related experience preferred.
Golf experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
