Golf Course Attendants - Bag Drop, Carts, Starters, Rangers

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cart Attendants, Bag Drop, Starters and Rangers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our golf facility. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities on the course. As a Golf Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with their needs. Stop by the pro shop at Tamer's (351 Ocean Ridge Parkway SW) before 4 p.m. or respond via email at matt@oceanridge.com. Duties Bag Drop/Cart Attendants greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the golf course and available services. Rangers keep play moving on the courses and help maintain the cleanliness, answer questions and assist golfers as needed Starters ensure that all golfers are present for their tee time and start them timely. Provide support for guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any conflicts that may arise. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences for all guests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Conflict management abilities to address any issues that may arise effectively. Must have knowledge of the game of golf and experience as a golfer. Bag drop/cart attendants may earn tips in addition to the hourly rate. All positions enjoy golf privileges.
