Reports to: Executive Chef
Supervises: No supervisory duties are included in this position.
Education, Certification and Experience
• High School diploma or GED.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
• Assembling, operating, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine.
• Trash removal to dumpster area.
• Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.
• Assists in prep work and plate up when needed.
• Follows all safety procedures for operating and cleaning machinery.
• Performs other appropriate duties assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Manager on Duty
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive motions.
• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
