Position Summary

The Outside Services Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to our Members and Guests. This position is responsible for providing premier bag service, maintaining cart and practice facility standards, and ensuring all outside operations reflect the high standards of The Club at Tartan Fields.

This is a hands-on, service-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with Members, and being part of a team committed to excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

Member & Guest Service

Greet Members and Guests promptly and professionally upon arrivalAssist with unloading and loading golf bagsClean clubs and provide attentive bag handling servicesMaintain and organize the bag storage system

Cart Operations

Stage golf carts in preparation for daily playEnsure carts are clean, fully stocked, and presented according to Club standardsReturn carts to storage free of debris, towels, and scorecardsMonitor cart fleet condition and report maintenance needs

Practice Facility Operations

Operate equipment to retrieve range balls safely and efficientlyClean, sort, and arrange range balls and basketsMaintain practice areas in accordance with approved Club standards
