The grass IS greener here at The Country Club at DC Ranch! The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Manager-in-Training (MIT) to join our team for the upcoming season. This is more than an entry-level hospitality position, it is a structured development opportunity designed for someone who wants to build the operational knowledge, leadership skills, and financial understanding needed to pursue a career in Food & Beverage management. Throughout the program, our MIT will rotate through our Food & Beverage operations, including the Clubhouse and Ranch House, gaining hands-on experience in service leadership, outlet management, member relations, employee development, and daily operations. Working alongside Club leaders, you will gradually take on increased leadership responsibilities as you develop your skills and demonstrate readiness. This is a seasonal, hourly position running October through May and is ideal for a current or recent hospitality graduate, an emerging hospitality professional, or an experienced Food & Beverage employee ready to take the next step toward management.
