Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Mequon, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional will play an important role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to North Shore Country Club members and their guests. This individual will assist with the day-to-day operation, including member service, tournament operations, golf shop, instruction, merchandising, outside operations, and player development.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the golf industry, service driven, enjoys building relationships with members, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and is interested in continued professional growth within the private club industry.
Requirements
• Previous golf operations at private club experience preferred.
• PGA Associate status or interest in pursuing PGA membership.
• Strong knowledge of the game of golf, golf etiquette, and the Rules of Golf.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding member and guest service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with Golf Genius and Club Essentials, or similar golf/club management systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
Compensation
$50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
