About the Role: The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience that fosters satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves collaborating with club departments to manage setup, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and service of food and beverage items in outdoor settings like snack bars and pool areas. In addition, you will oversee inventory, manage financial performance, and ensure cleanliness and presentation meet club standards. This role includes closing duties, ensuring proper storage of all items at the end of the shift. Key Responsibilities: Uphold high service standards as outlined in the Food & Beverage training program.Train and manage staff to ensure outstanding service and adherence to quality standards.Supervise the setup, preparation, and organization of outdoor food and beverage areas.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation practices.Accurately process member and guest orders while providing personalized service.Handle financial transactions effectively and ensure accurate closing procedures.Communicate with management regarding special requests or issues related to food quality.Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.Assist in completing side work, ensuring ample stock and organized work areas.Interact professionally, accommodating changes and last-minute requests as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in food and beverage service.Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications in compliance with regulations.Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. occasionally.Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions.What We Offer: At Invited, we take care of our team.
