This position is responsible for performing a wide range of golf course maintenance tasks to ensure pristine playing conditions and a first-class experience for our members and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain playing surfaces (greens tees fairways roughs bunkers) and surrounding landscapingMow edge trim rake and remove debris across assigned areasAssist with irrigation system operation repair and water distribution monitoringSupport seasonal agronomic practices (aeration topdressing fertilization overseeding)Ensure bunkers are groomed raked and shaped for playability and aestheticsSafely operate and maintain turf maintenance equipmentIdentify and report turf irrigation or course condition issues to supervisionFollow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environmentParticipate in daily team assignments and course setup as directedMaintain consistent attendance and reliability for early morning schedulesQualificationsPrior experience in golf course maintenance landscaping or groundskeeping preferredStrong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in course presentationValid drivers license requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat humidity and early morningsWillingness to learn agronomy practices and turf equipment operationReliable transportation and consistent attendance requiredAbility to safely operate turf maintenance equipment (training provided as needed)Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to follow direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environmentBenefits & Other Compensation:This position includes eligibility for the following benefits subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits Medical Dental and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaEligibility for benefits and the specific terms conditions and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies which may be amended at the Companys discretion.
