Responsibilities Employment consists of all facets of maintaining and improving the MCC grounds Providing excellent course conditions Mornings and early afternoon availability Equipment operators position must be proficient and comfotable operating various typed of equipment, knowledge of golf is very helpful. Perform regular golf course maintenance, including mowing, trimming, raking bunkers, cup cutting , tee service, landscaping, tree trimming. Wide variety of daily tasks. Operating mowers, tractors, bunker rakes, utility vehicles, string trimmer, sod cutter, and more. Utilize power tools and hnd tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of groundskeeping equipment and storage areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently. Qualifications Experience helpful but not necessary. Valid Driver's License Team player Willingness to work Positive attitude Physical Demands and Working Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
