We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented Golf Cart Attendant / Outside Operations Specialist to manage cart fleet logistics, keep practice facilities stocked, and deliver top-tier hospitality to players during outdoor GOLFTEC events and partner facility operations.

Position Overview As a Golf Cart Attendant / Outside Operations Specialist, you will be the face of welcoming hospitality and smooth logistics on the ground. You will ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and ready for play, manage driving range inventory, assist golfers with bag handling, and keep practice bays immaculate.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, loves golf, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities - Cart Fleet Management: Prepare, stage, clean, detail, and charge the golf cart fleet daily to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for golfers and instruction staff.

- Bag Drop & Hospitality: Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with loading/unloading golf bags, and provide clear directions around the facility.

- Practice Facility Maintenance: Use ball-picker utility vehicles to collect range balls, operate ball washers, and keep practice bays, targets, and alignment aids stocked and organized.

- Event Support: Assist GOLFTEC Certified Personal Coaches and event leads with setup and teardown for outdoor fitting days, instructional clinics, and member tournaments.

- Facility Staging & Cleanliness: Maintain clean, orderly staging areas, trash disposal, water stations, and club-cleaning stations across the outdoor facility.

- Cart Fleet Logistics: Report vehicle maintenance needs, battery issues, or tire repairs promptly to facility management to maintain fleet readiness.

Qualifications & Skills - Customer Service Mindset: Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.

- Basic Golf Knowledge: Familiarity with golf equipment, facility layouts, and standard golf etiquette is preferred.

- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required to safely operate golf carts and motorized utility equipment.

- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 40 lbs (golf bags, range ball crates) and stand, bend, or drive outdoor vehicles for extended shifts in varying weather conditions.

- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or afternoon/evening shifts based on event schedules.
