Job Overview Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and hospitality experience to members and their guests at an exclusive private golf club. This role emphasizes professionalism, discretion, and personalized service while maintaining the club’s high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests with precision and consistency Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipating member preferences and building rapport Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Handle member tabs and billing accurately, through club account system Collaborate with dining room and event staff to support club functions, tournaments, and private events Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding members and club activities Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe, respectful environment Qualifications Previous bartending experience in upscale, fine dining, or private club environments preferred Strong knowledge of mixology, wine service, and luxury beverage offerings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays TIPS certification preferred · EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS · Employee Meals · Golfing Privileges · Employee Travel Program · Growth opportunities within the Trump Golf and Hotel properties Trump National Golf Club, Westchester participates in the federal E-Verify program, an electronic system that verifies employment authorization in the United States by comparing information from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with government databases.
