Assistant Professional

### **Overview** We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented **Assistant Golf Professional** to support the daily operations of our golf facility. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting in all aspects of the golf operation, including shop management, staff supervision, merchandising, golf instruction, events, and club repair. ### **Experience Required** - Previous experience in golf operations or a customer service–focused role preferred. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of golf equipment, merchandising, and instructional fundamentals. - Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during tournaments/events as required. - Club repair experience is a plus. - PGA Associate status or willingness to pursue PGA membership is preferred. ### **Essential Responsibilities** - Oversee and support daily golf operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. - Manage the pro shop: handle sales, inventory, and merchandising displays. - Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, as needed. - Perform basic club repair services (regripping, shaft replacement, etc.). - Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all Guests and Customers. - Assist in the coordination, and execution of golf outings, tournaments, and special events. - Ensure compliance with facility rules, policies, and safety standards.
