Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow.
Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems (Jonas), and food safety protocols.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
Qualifications
Strong background in supervising teams within dining environments.
Extensive knowledge of POS systems.
Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with catering and bar operations is advantageous.
Strong leadership abilities.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
