Part-Time Server

Teleli Golf Club, located in Sonora, California, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour. Schedule: Weekends and holidays required. Key responsibilities include:

Providing immediate attention to all guests upon seating

Describing specials of the day to guests; answering questions regarding menu items and offering suggestions when appropriate

Taking food and beverage orders from guests and delivering food promptly after preparation

Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishing items as needed

Participating in pre-shift meetings and taste tests

Maintaining an organized workstation and completing side work duties

Maintaining accountability for checks and cash transactions; utilizing the point-of-sale system

Following established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders

Following established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques

Practicing tray service for all food and beverage service

Incorporating safe work practices in job performance

Performing other duties as required

Minimum qualifications include:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position

Maintains regular and reliable attendance
