We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable, and friendly team member to join our indoor golf simulator & café! This position combines front desk hosting and barista service — perfect for someone who enjoys people, coffee, and a fun social environment.
You’ll be the first impression of our business and help create a great experience for every guest who walks in.
*What You’ll Do:Greet guests and check them into their simulator bayTeach customers how to use the golf simulatorsClean guest clubs and prep bays between groupsTake orders and prepare coffee, food, and beverages (including beer and wine).Use Square POS to process orders and reservationsAnswer phones and help with bookingsKeep the facility clean and organizedWork closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly*What We’re Looking For:Friendly personality and strong customer service skillsAdaptable and able to adjust to changing situationsAble to troubleshoot issues independentlyAble to multitask and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentComfortable talking with customers and explaining thingsReliable and punctualHospitality, barista, restaurant, or retail experience preferred (not required)Interest in golf or coffee is a plus!*Schedule:**Day shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availability
