Outside Golf Operations
Country Club in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations.
Position Overview:
This individual should have an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The individual must be able to quickly learn the operation and be able to communicate with all team members. The Outside Operations Staff works as a team to maintain the Valet/Bag Drop, Practice Facilities (range, putting green, shortgame area), Bag Room, and golf car fleet. All of these areas must be kept in exceptional condition on a daily basis. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to excellent customer service by exceeding member and guest needs and expectations on a daily basis.
o Opening and Closing of The Outside Operations
o Set up and oversight of Practice Facilities
o Coordinating with Golf Shop Staff for daily functions
o Managing Cart Fleet
o Bag Room organization and cleanliness
o Handling of all member and guest clubs and cleanliness of said clubs
o Monitoring and maintaining the Practice Facility
o Assisting in Tournament Operations
o Washing and detailing cart fleet and parking fleet in orderly fashion in cart barn.
o Ensure that bag drop, clubhouse, staging area/booth, parking lot, cart barn and cart wash areas are clean of trash and debris and all trash receptacles are kept orderly throughout the day and emptied at the completion of the day.
Compensation
$15.00 per hour.
