## About the Role Country Club of Asheville is seeking a Tennis Professional to join our team. This is a hands-on, member-facing position where you'll work directly with our Director of Tennis and Pickleball to support all program offerings, activities, events, lessons, clinics, and more. Your compensation will be structured as a combination of clinic rates, commissions, and an hourly base rate. ## What You'll Do You'll be central to our tennis program's success. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lessons, clinics, and camp offerings, as well as helping coordinate socials, events, and tournaments. Court maintenance support falls under your purview as needed, and you'll also manage dedicated shop hours where you'll handle court bookings, respond to member emails, and answer calls. Racquet stringing is part of the role, along with actively promoting our tennis program to members and guests. You'll be expected to consistently provide quality service to all members and guests, attend staff meetings as appropriate, and participate in company training and seminar events. Beyond these core duties, you'll be ready to take on other tasks that arise to support the club. ## What We're Looking For You should have high-level competitive tennis experience and coaching experience in your background. Collegiate tennis experience is preferred. Professional credentials matter here—RSPA or PTR certification is preferred. ## Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD $40,000.00 to USD $75,000.00 per year.
