The Club at Pelican Bay features the North Course, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bill Amick. The course is known for its elevated tee boxes, natural scenery, and player-friendly layout, welcoming golfers of all ages and skill levels. The North Course offers 18 holes with a par of 72. Amenities at the club include an all-grass driving range, short-game and putting areas, an on-site restaurant, and banquet and event facilities.
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead our team, drive financial growth, and elevate the member experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing country clubs, golf clubs, or hospitality operations with a strong background in food & beverage programming. This individual will work closely with ownership to develop strategic initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure day-to-day excellence across all departments.

• Lead overall club operations, including golf, food & beverage, tennis, aquatics, and events.
• Oversee and enhance the food & beverage program, including menu development, staff training, service standards, and cost controls.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow club revenues, including memberships, banquet sales, tournaments, and special events.
• Ensure financial accountability with effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff across all departments.
• Create and maintain a culture of hospitality and member engagement.
• Work with ownership to identify capital improvement priorities and oversee projects.
• Serve as the face of the club with members, guests, vendors, and the community.
• Golf Course Maintenance Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Director of Golf Course Maintenance on planning, course setup, and fiscal management.
- Ensure consistent course conditioning and presentation standards.
• Marketing, Communication & Promotion:
- Lead the club's social media presence to promote golf programs, events, and membership engagement.
- Create and distribute promotional content, updates, and communications.
- Drive initiatives that attract new golfers, increase play, and highlight club offerings.
