The Assistant Golf Professional II is an entry level position responsible for coordinating various golf related activities with various constituents at the club.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field or equivalent Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices and professional golf operations practices and procedures as would be acquired through two to four years of similar professional golf experience Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required. Working knowledge of golf course operations and practices necessary Registered PGA apprentice or current PGA Member in good standing RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Assist PGA TOUR players, members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring that every step of their golf experience at the club runs as smoothly and is as enjoyable as possible Ensure that all members and guests are greeted and welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. Answer questions and provide assistance and information to customers Answer telephones to schedule future starting time reservations and communicate information in a pleasant and professional manner
