This role is essential to delivering an exceptional pool experience by ensuring all pool facilities are clean, organized, and ready for member enjoyment. Congressional Country Club invites you to consider joining our team as a Pool Housekeeping Attendant.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all outdoor pool locker rooms (boys, girls, adult), team member bathrooms, Stop & Go bathrooms, and caddie bathroomsClean and sanitize showers, walls, floors, sinks, mirrors, and glass surfacesPolish metal fixtures and restroom hardwareReplenish towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and amenitiesRemove used towels from all facilities throughout the dayPerform daily floor maintenance using brushes, water, and diluted cleaning solutionsOperate an automatic floor scrubber weekly to maintain tile and groutRemove, clean, and pressure wash floor mats as neededRemove spider webs and debris from wooden structures, fans, stairwells, and high-touch areasPressure wash the pool deck, Pavilion hallway, Stop & Go, and Great Lawn areasClean windows in the Pavilion, Studio, and Stop & Go areasEmpty, clean, and reset trash receptaclesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the pump room and storage/mop closetsLeave all work areas clean, organized, and prepared for the next shiftAssist with banquet set-ups and breakdowns on the Great Lawn as neededEnsure all areas are guest-ready for the following dayRequirements
High School diploma or equivalent (required)Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor, and team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standardsBenefits
