The General Manager/Chief Operating Officer will oversee all operational activities of Yellowstone Country Club while the Board and committees focus on strategic initiatives. The role requires a confident, approachable leader who can build a positive and welcoming culture for members and associates, emphasizing organizational consistency, team development, sound financial management, member satisfaction, and retention. The position also serves as the primary ambassador for the club, maintaining strong relationships with members, guests, associates, and the local community.
