Position Overview: The Outdoor Food and Beverage Server is key in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to our valued members and guests. This role emphasizes the importance of warm greetings, memorable moments, and heartfelt farewells, all while ensuring a seamless dining experience that reflects our high service standards. Responsibilities: • Maintain excellence in service by adhering to our established training programs. • Timely execution of food and beverage orders for our members and guests. • In-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and featured items. • Provide personalized service, greeting members by name to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure an exceptional experience. • Handle any complaints by employing effective service recovery techniques. • Complete daily tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area. • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards as per club guidelines. • Assist with additional tasks assigned by management to support club operations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred. • Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications in accordance with state regulations. • Completion of company-specific training in food and beverage service. • Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with guests and team members. Physical Requirements: • Ability to engage in physical activities and remain standing or walking for long durations. • Capability to work in varied environments and temperatures. • Able to perform physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, and lifting up to 100 lbs. • Effective verbal communication skills and visual acuity for service tasks. Working Schedule: • Must adhere to the weekly schedule, including potential weekends and holidays for coverage.
