The role offered is a non-exempt hourly position with additional tips, perfect for individuals who are energetic, guest-focused, and enthusiastic about delivering memorable customer experiences in a high-volume restaurant and entertainment environment. As a team member, you will be key in supporting restaurant and bar operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization within various areas of the venue, including gaming spaces and restrooms. Your responsibilities will include resetting tables, refilling beverages, polishing silverware, and assisting guests with mobile ordering technology, which reflects PopStroke's modern approach to service efficiency.
This position demands a hands-on attitude to solve problems, work collaboratively with teammates, and uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Working indoor and outdoor, the role requires stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
