Shadow Hills Country Club is a private, member-owned club located just outside Eugene in Junction City, Oregon. Established in 1961, the Club has built a strong reputation for its welcoming membership and is recognized as one of the premier golf experiences in Southwest Oregon.

Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Servers. This role offers the opportunity to work in both traditional dining service and expanded service areas across the Club.
There is strong potential for cross-over into:
Private events
Outdoor service operations (patio, tournaments, and seasonal service areas)
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that delivers a high level of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Assist with private events, banquets, and club functions
Support outdoor and tournament-related service operations
Uphold the standards of a private club environment
Qualifications
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting
