2nd Assistant Golf Professional

Overview

We are looking for a full time 6 month position to be filled from May-October at the beautiful Montauk Downs Golf Course in Montauk, NY. This is perfect for a candidate looking to start their career in the golf industry to learn and grow to potentially grow within the company such as Assistant Golf Professional, Head Golf Professional, Director of Instruction or General Manager. We operate 5 courses on Long Island including Bethpage, Harbor Links, Pine Ridge, Merrick and Lido Golf Courses.

Experience Required

Drivers License, customer service experience preferred

Essential Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include day to day operations, checking in golfers, learning tournament management, picking up ball baskets at the range, assisting golfers using the swing technology while practicing, cleaning golf carts and staging for next players, greeting golfers at the bag drop.
