<li>The Outside Service Staff's primary responsibility is to create a welcoming friendly, and clean environment for all Palmbrook Golf Club guests.</li>
<li>Operates equipment to retrieve range balls from driving range, and washes range balls as appropriate</li>
<li>Setup and break down of the practice facility</li>
<li>Maintains cleanliness and neatness of golf car storage building, bagroom/push cart building and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Responsible for golf cars to include; cleanliness, car supplies and staged</li>
<li>Maintain order and continuity of player traffic</li>
<li>Ensures a pleasant visit for each member and guest; maintains effective memberrelations</li>
<li>Recognition skills to remember member names and preferences</li>
<li>Requires a valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Position requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing</li>
<li>Regular and reliable attendance</li>
<li>Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays</li>
<li>Ability to be a self-starter whereby little supervision is required in order to accomplish tasks</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced working environment</li>
<li>Desire to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goals</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for customer service</li>
