Outside Service Personnel / Cart Attendants

Job Overview - Fall 2026

The Outside Operations Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. This position is responsible for bag handling, cart staging, practice facility support, and maintaining a smooth flow of play while providing high-level service consistent with Anglebrook standards.

Duties

Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming mannerProvide bag drop service, including unloading and cleaning golf clubsStage, prepare, and clean golf carts before and after each roundAssist with cart traffic management and ensure proper pace of play supportMaintain practice areas by collecting, washing, and organizing range ballsSet up and break down practice stations and tournament operations as neededMonitor cart usage and enforce club policies regarding carts and course rulesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and bag roomAssist golf shop staff with member requests and special service needsSupport golf outings and club events with outside service logisticsPerform daily opening and closing duties of outside operations areasQualifications

Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentProfessional appearance and positive attitudeMust be dependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to lift golf bags (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for long periodsGolf knowledge is helpful but not requiredMust be available for mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededJob Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
