2nd Swing is seeking a highly skilled Club Fitter to join our in-store team of golf experts. This position involves executing high-performance one-on-one fittings using Trackman Quintic and Foresight systems to provide tour-grade equipment recommendations and sales. The ideal candidate brings over three years of experience directly supporting and fitting golf customers. Part-Time roles are available with a primary focus on weekend availability (Friday Monday).

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience.Create a welcoming professional and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer.Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience.Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment fitting technology and industry trends.Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swings fitting standards and best practices.Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including weekends.Success oriented and engaging personality.Required Qualifications:

3 years experience recommending golf equipment.

3 years of Sales and Customer Service experiencePrior club fitting certifications preferably Ping Academy Titleist University or Trackman University certification.Active PGA Member preferred not required.Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technologyPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and bendingMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsCompensation:

$25 - $35 per hour based on previous experience
