Position Summary:
Responsible for all outside operations and management protocols set forward by the Director of Golf. Supervises all personnel in operation of club-owned carts, procedures, member services, driving range, and all outside operations. This individual will be responsible for setting the example of outstanding member services and procedures that will be in accordance with the Director of Golf.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct all outside team members in member services under guidelines set forth by Director of Golf.
Responsible for scheduling, training, and supervision of all outside/cart attendant personnel.
Supervision of daily setup of all practice facilities to club standards.
Responsible for all club-owned and member-owned/club stored golf carts.
Responsible for cleanliness in cart barn, driving range, bag room, and all surrounding areas adhering to club standards.
Requirements:
High School, College Education (Bachelor’s degree)
Registered Level 1 or 2 PGA Associatea
Experience in high end country club environment is a plus.
