Dining Room/ Banquet Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/server during our evening shifts to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Great bartenders will create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay: From $13.50-$15.50 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsJob Skills/Requirements

At least 18 years of age.Possession of a valid driver’s license.Experience as a bartender (2-3 years preferred)Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksComputer literacyPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanHigh school or equivalent education requiredAvailability on nights, weekends, and major holidays. (i.e. New Years, Mother’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.Ability to lift/carry server trays. (˜50lbs)
