Head Golf Professional Country Club in Easton, Pennsylvania is looking for a Head Golf Professional. Position Overview: The General Manager/Head Golf Professional is responsible for assisting the Owner and supporting the department heads with managing and overseeing all elements of the Club’s activities, resulting in an exceptional Club experience for all club users. Requirements • Recommended experience in leading a golf/club operation. • Prior experience in all facets of Club and Golf operations, including inventory and financial control; employee motivation and training; golf instruction; and tournament management. • F&B Management: Experience managing multi-unit food and beverage operations, including casual pub settings and high-volume banquet/wedding venues. • Event Execution: Proven track record in overseeing the sales, planning, and execution of weddings and large-scale outings (up to 200 guests). • Working knowledge of golf course maintenance and turf management. • Understand and lead the clubhouse and F&B department with service standards and à la carte dining. • Expertise in golfing rules and regulations. • Knowledge and understanding of typical club procedures, standards of practice, and training. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and tournament software required.
