New Albany Country Club is now accepting applications for Golf Academy Attendants to help finish out the 2026 golf season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy golf, working outdoors, and delivering exceptional service in a premier club environment.
Position Overview
Golf Academy Attendants support the daily operations of the Golf Academy by providing outstanding service to members and guests while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming practice facility.

Ensure all members sign in upon arrivalMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Golf Academy (interior and exterior)Stock indoor hitting bays and outdoor tee deck with golf balls throughout the dayPick chipping greens and rake practice bunkersProvide members with water and towels during practice sessionsClean members' golf clubsComplete daily closing duties, including:Sweeping and mopping the academy floorsVacuuming the hitting mats and teaching baysRestocking golf balls for the next dayBreaking down the outdoor hitting areaQualifications
Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's licenseGeneral knowledge of the game and rules of golfStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedAvailability to work at least two shifts per week, shifts available are 8 am to 8:00 pmWeekend and holiday availability may be required during peak seasonWork Attire

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shiftAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cooler temperaturesAbility to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach frequentlyAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds (including golf balls, equipment, and supplies)Ability to perform repetitive motions such as raking bunkers, picking ranges, and cleaning equipmentAbility to safely operate golf carts and related academy equipment
