Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all clubhouse areas, including lounges, restrooms, and recreational spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and other floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetics
Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly
Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution
Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
Help with residential painting or touch-up work in common areas when required to maintain a fresh appearance
Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing to maintain flooring quality
Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving supplies
