<p>The Golf Course Starter plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience by ensuring the efficient flow of play, providing outstanding member and guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. As one of the first team members golfers interact with, the Starter creates a welcoming first impression while managing daily tee operations and supporting the overall success of the golf operation.</p>

<p>Working closely with the Professional Staff and the Caddie Managers, the Starter serves as a key liaison between members, guests, and the golf operations team to ensure an organized, enjoyable, and seamless golf experience.</p>
