This role focuses on customer service, pace-of-play management, and ensuring all players enjoy a smooth and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Greet golfers and provide course informationMonitor pace of play and assist groups as neededEnforce course rules and etiquette professionallySupport golf outings and weekend playPromote events and encourage repeat visitsPromote & Sell Pro Shop Merchandise to guestsAnswer phones, make/change reservations, & take paymentsQualifications:Must be 18 Years Old or Older with a Full, Valid Driver’s LicenseKnowledge of golf rules and etiquetteStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work indoor & outdoors in varying weatherWeekend and holiday availability requiredPrior golf or hospitality experience preferredAble to efficiently and accurately process customer check-out including cash, check and credit cardsGolf privileges and employee discountsHourly pay (based on experience)If you enjoy golf and working with people, we’d love to have you on our Golf Ops Team!
