You May Be an Ideal Candidate If…

You are an experienced bartender who enjoys connecting with people, providing exceptional service, and working as part of a team. You are dependable, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests. Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS. Answer menu questions and make recommendations. Set up, stock, organize, and maintain the bar. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Complete opening, closing, and side work while supporting the restaurant team.

What We’re Looking For

Must be 21 years of age or older with previous bartending experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented. BASSET certification or ability to obtain prior to employment. Private club experience is a plus. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

A Few Important Details

Position: Bartender – À la Carte Outlets

Reports To: Dining Services Manager

Employment: Full-Time & Part-Time | Year-Round

Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour plus tips/gratuities, based on experience and qualifications

Schedules vary based on business needs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Club events is required.
