We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another. ## Food and Beverage Manager Location: Kokopelli Golf Club We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager who will be the face of our dining and event services, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit. In this role, you'll interact with guests, promoting our food and beverage facilities, products, and services. You'll maintain effective guest relations by recognizing and resolving complaints and concerns with genuine care. Coordination with the Executive Chef is key to ensure seamless execution of food, maintaining high quality and service standards. You'll keep accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels, and ensure cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage work areas and facilities. ### Responsibilities in Detail - Supervise event set up and break down procedures, contributing to overall cleanliness and organization of the facility and event locations. - Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions and communicate expectations to banquet staff. - Provide direct service to guests as needed, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties. - Supervise banquet staff to ensure quality service is provided to guests. - Support all activities within the club to ensure an exceptional member experience. - Oversee all F&B outlets during service. - Control food and beverage costs including payroll, equipment, supplies, and products. ### Qualifications To succeed, you should have 1 to 2 years of banquet and/or F&B supervisory experience, excellent people and communication skills, proven experience supervising banquet staff in an event setting, and demonstrated outstanding customer service. A willingness to learn and perform restaurant and bar services is essential. You'll bring excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive, and motivation.
