Position OverviewRiver Place Country Club is seeking an energetic, dependable, and caring Kids Place Staff Member to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children while members enjoy the Club’s amenities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a family-focused atmosphere.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activitiesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized Kids Place environmentProvide friendly and attentive care for children of club members and guestsCommunicate professionally with parents and fellow team membersFollow all Club safety procedures and childcare policiesAssist with special family events, camps, and seasonal programming as neededQualificationsPrevious childcare, babysitting, camp, or youth program experience preferredFriendly, patient, and dependable personalityStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCPR/First Aid certification is a plusMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat We OfferFun and supportive team environmentFlexible schedulingOpportunity to work at one of Austin’s premier private clubsAbout the ClubRiver Place Country Club is a family-oriented private club in Austin featuring golf, tennis, fitness, swimming, dining, and youth programming for members and guests.
