Outside Golf Services Attendant Club in Akron, Ohio is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant. Position Overview: The Outside Golf Services Attendant provides customer service to members and guests while supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. The role includes staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, and delivering golf-related services to help create a seamless and enjoyable golfer experience. Requirements • Preferred high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff. • Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices. • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service. • High attention to detail and reliability. • Ability to work primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, bend, and lift/carry up to 100 lbs. • Availability to work weekends and/or holidays as required and flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
