Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services throughout eventsAssist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décorServe food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safetyBuss tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting environmentSupport banquet operations by coordinating with kitchen staff on food handling and timingUphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all timesLead or assist team members during events, ensuring seamless service deliveryRequirements Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service preferredStrong knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and customer service excellenceExperience with food handling, serving, bussing, and wine knowledge is highly desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skillsPrevious hotel or restaurant experience is a plus; fine dining experience is advantageousMust be energetic, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiencesJoin us at The Grand Resort where your enthusiasm fuels memorable events!
