Weekend Evening Concierge

New Albany Country Club is hiring a part-time concierge to work at our front desk in the clubhouse. The Concierge at New Albany Country Club will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Coordinate our private dining room rentals for meetings and meals Coordinate dining reservations and manage online registration for member events Coordinate and bill on-site member services as well as those provided by preferred vendors Track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets Review and edit marketing materials for print and digital use Previous hospitality customer service experience Previous office administration experience Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Competitive hourly compensation of $18.00 - $20.00 paid bi-weekly Health, Dental, and Vision are available upon the first day of employment Vacation, sick, and personal days New Albany Country Club is a prestigious establishment located in New Albany, OH.
