Responsibilities: Open and Closing ShopBooking tee times with Online SoftwareCommunication between other departments - starters, outside services, food & beverage, managementAnswering PhonesChecking-in customers, attending to customer needs.Transactions: merchandise, daily green fees, food & beverageMerchandising, receiving and taking inventoryStock shelves and ensure products are properly displayedTake accurate daily recordsClean and maintain pro shop and supporting areaStrong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional serviceNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
