Golf Course Maintenance Specialist Loudoun Golf & Country Club – Purcellville, VA Position Overview: Loudoun Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Golf Course Maintenance Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in golf course or landscape maintenance — or someone eager to learn, work hard, and take pride in doing a great job. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn and improve. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate lightweight equipment, golf carts, walk mowers, and heavy equipment as required • Properly clean, refuel, and store equipment after daily use • Assist with irrigation repairs and maintenance • Assist with fertilizer applications • Actively participate in daily golf course preparation (raking bunkers, blowing leaves, mowing, etc.) • Trim and edge around irrigation heads, drains, plaques, yardage markers, valve boxes, and other course features • Assist the Project Foreman and team members with ongoing course maintenance projects • Identify and report equipment malfunctions to a supervisor or Head Mechanic • Attend daily morning team meetings • Perform additional tasks as designated by supervisors What We’re Looking For: • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Willingness to learn and take direction • Dependable and punctual • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to work as part of a team • Golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not required Reports To: • Golf Course Superintendent • Assistant Superintendents • Project Foreman If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, wants to grow your skills, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
