Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness across all food prep areas and dining spaces
Handle waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly to ensure a tidy work environment
Collaborate with servers and catering staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently
